Rent Your Space to a Student

UNE graduate and professional students make great tenants. If you're an owner/property manager with property to rent in Portland and its neighboring towns, you may complete and submit an application to add your property to our listings. To keep our listings current, please notify us when your unit is rented.

Find an Apartment

Look for an apartment using a customizable Listing Directory.

Warning: Individuals are attempting rental scams in the Portland area by posing as landlords/property managers. Please exercise caution.

Housing Resources

Find a roommate

We can help connect you with other UNE students who are looking for housing or a roommate. Complete our survey using your UNE username and password to gain access to a searchable database.

Visit our password portal if you have yet to activate your UNE username and password.

Off-campus resources

Are you going to be living in Portland without a vehicle?

UNE students can ride the Metro, Portland's efficient public transportation system, at no charge. You must pick up a Metro Pass from the Office of Graduate and Professional Student Affairs, located at Proctor Hall 02.

Metro Passes are available in either a 10-ride punch card for the leisure/part-time passenger, or as a Monthly Pass for the commuter who rides more than 40 times a month. Monthly passes are available the last week of each month for the upcoming month.
