UNE to Host Fourth Annual Healthcare Story Slam

The University of New England Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship will host the fourth annual Healthcare Story Slam on April 15, 2026, at 5 p.m. in the Harold Alfond Forum Room 283 A/B on the Biddeford Campus. The event is free and open to the public.
 

 

The UNE Healthcare Story Slam, established in 2021, brings together members of the health care community for an impactful evening of storytelling. The Healthcare Story Slam will explore how empathy and listening to multiple perspectives open new pathways in health care, one story at a time. This year's event theme is 'balance.' Participants will share personal stories that explore the challenges and rewards of finding balance in health care, whether as providers, patients, caregivers, or community members. The event creates a space for authentic connection and reflection on the human dimensions of health and healing.
