The Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) meets every fourth Friday of the month throughout the year to review research protocols for projects involving rDNA, infectious agents, select agents, and/or toxins. Please see the link to the left for more information on IBC meetings and deadlines.
The UNE IBC must be contacted before a project begins. This applies to activities taking place in the classroom, laboratory, or field settings.
