The University of New England's Risk Management Department develops and maintains protection through various insurance policies to protect our assets and to limit our losses and damages that could affect our overall financial stability. Our responsibilities include identifying exposures, recommending solutions and promoting loss prevention.
This office manages most of the insurance programs at the University with the exception of the University Employee Benefit Program (employee life, health, disability and workers' compensation insurance), which is managed through the Human Resources Department.
