UNE students raise awareness, advance food safety knowledge in first allergen-free cooking class
The University of New England’s new College Advocates for Food Allergy Education club (CAFAE) hosted the first allergen-free cooking class on Oct. 22, kicking off a monthly series that will continue into April and help make UNE even more inclusive for students with severe food allergies.
