Accelerated Second Degree Bachelor (ABSN) Program

There is a different process for the ABSN program. The ABSN deadline for the January 2021 cohort is October 31, 2020.

The University of New England considers applications from prospective students regardless of their citizenship status. Ours is a welcoming community, committed to serving the educational needs of all, including undocumented students living in the U.S. under DACA’s provisions. 

Admission

  • The Office of Undergraduate Admissions considers undocumented students living and studying in the U.S. under DACA to be domestic applicants, and their applications are evaluated as such.
  • Undocumented DACA students should follow the same application process as domestic first-year or transfer applications.

Nursing applicants should apply Early Action as class space is capped. Please note UNE’s four-year nursing program is available to first-year students only.

WHAT'S EARLY ACTION?

We offer an Early Action deadline (non-binding) for undergraduate applicants who desire early notification of their admission status. Applicants wishing to be considered for Early Action will need to submit their completed application by December 1. Students submitting all application materials on or before December 1 will receive notification of their admissions decision prior to December 31.
