All benefit elections must be made during the open enrollment period November 1 through November 15 through the U-Online open enrollment portal to ensure a smooth transition to your 2024 benefit elections.

Find Primary Care or Specialist Providers

In order to find an in-network provider or identify your primary care provider if you are on a High Deductible Health Plan/HSA, please follow the steps below.

It is helpful to remember:

• Insurance bills under doctors, not facilities, so it is best to search for a doctor's name.
• Nurse Practitioners bill under the doctor's name, so it is best to search by the doctor's name.
• Hospitals are searchable to confirm that they are in-network.

Learn about the many programs and tools offered by these carriers. Individuals who were unable to attend one of the scheduled orientation presentations can view a recorded session here as it becomes available.

• Northeast Delta Dental: View general information or log into your account and review information specifically related to you.
• Health Advocate: Utilize this free and confidential service to compare the three plans to help choose the plan appropriate to you.
